An excellent way to permanently quit using Instagram is to delete my account. Before you do this, you should bear a few things in mind. Prior to deleting all of your data, you must first deactivate your account, enable two-factor authentication, and then restart it.
Take away all of your data

You must input a security code to turn on two-factor authentication for your account. Instagram or a security app from a different company might give you this code. Save your information
