How to block through SMS
State Bank of India provides the facility to its customers to block their ATM through SMS. To block the card through SMS, you have to send SMS from your registered mobile number. Give space by writing BLOCK in your mobile and then give space and write the last four digits of your ATM card. Then send it to 567676. Your card will be blocked.
How to do this from IVR
Dial the block toll free number 1800-112-211. To block the ATM card, press 0, after that press 1 and also type the last 5 digits of your ATM card, press 1 again to confirm your information. With this, your ATM card will be blocked, whose information will come immediately on your mobile number.
